We use state-of-the-art products, equipment and techniques to insure our quality, efficiency and safety are our priority. We are fully insured and professionally trained to use the equipment and products we have chosen.

We use a powerful heavy duty truck-mounted cleaning machine. We also carry a powerful portable steam cleaning machine. 

Our staff have up to date  National Police Checks so you know you can trust them inside your home or business. 

We take safety seriously and expect our staff undertake their work safely in accordance with relevant work health and safety legislation. 

We have standard pricing for our cleaning services.  For our steam cleaning services, this includes basic stain removal, basic urine treatment, and deodoriser. 

There may be additional charges for advanced stain removal or heavily soiled carpets (such as extensive urine). We will discuss this with you before we start.

We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home up to $20 million in public liability. Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

• Pre inspection of areas to be cleaned (which may include the use of a black light)
• Pre vacuum the areas to be cleaned
• Move basic furniture (heavy items must be moved prior to our arrival)
• Pre spray using environmentally friendly commercial cleaning chemicals
• Stain treatment (if appropriate)
• We may agitate the area for heavily soiled carpets
• Steam clean and deodorise 

•   We use various techniques to eliminate the smell of urine within your home, and to help remove stains caused by urine.
  

• Not all stains can be removed but we do have specific chemicals that can remove stains caused by metal and wood furniture. 

• This is a slightly controversial question in the carpet cleaning industry. While Very Low Moisture (VLM) and Dry Cleaning have their place, Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning) is a far superior cleaning method for cleaning stains, and controlling odour and killing nasties. 

• Whilst  we would not recommend drinking them, they are perfectly safe to be used in your home. After applying the chemical to your floors,  we use Hot Water Extraction to rinse the chemical out leaving your carpets safe to touch immediately after completion.  We safely dispose of the dirty water in gardens or on the  grass which causes no harm. 

• Like dog and cat urine, we use chemicals to help eliminate odour caused by smoke.  Deodorising is part of  our standard carpet cleaning service however severe odours and urine contamination may require additional services. 

• Generally on a sunny day, carpets are dry within two hours. This may take a little longer on a cold or cloudy day. We use a powerful truck mounted machine with high suction to help dry your carpets quicker.
